Theme Focus: Films addressing issues related to class, caste, gender, and religion are encouraged.

Duration: 5-10 minutes (Films can be in any language, but subtitles in English will aid the selection committee.)

Highlights:

1. The top 10 films will be selected by renowned pioneers in the film industry.
2. Winning entries will be showcased at the 24th Party Congress.
